How long until baby mice start eating solid food?

I am baby-sitting my friends mice right nolw and she has some ';fuzzies'; that are about 2 1/2 weeks old and she also has some new borns and some 6 weeks and the parenst but anywayz i am getting 2 of the fuzzies but i can only put them in my cage when they start eating solid food, there eyes are open but there still drinking form there mother, they have been pooping a littel does this mean they wil soon eat solid food, so when do they eat solid food? How long until baby mice start eating solid food?
They'll start nibbling solid food around 2/3 weeks of age, and will be eating just solid food by 3/4 weeks. (at which time your friend needs to get the boys out of there!) They should be ready for new homes at 4/5 weeks.
