How do you tell mice apart if the fur on all them is the same color?

My mother mouse accidentally had a litter (we wanted 2 females so this wouldn't happen but we found out wayyyy to late) and all the babies grew up and were all the same color in fur. We are giving them away but we can't tell them apart! Help! How do you tell mice apart if the fur on all them is the same color?
Consult a pet care manual on how to sex (that is, determine the gender of) the mice, and separate them into different cages.

If that's not feasible, you could do something simple like mark their fur with a (small) mark from a non-toxic permanent marker (blue for male, pink for female, or whatever scheme you preferred) once you'd figured out what gender they are.How do you tell mice apart if the fur on all them is the same color?
paint their toenails.
