How do I breed fancy mice? and what do i feed the babies when they are born?

Any other information you can give me regarding breeding mice. How large are the littersHow do I breed fancy mice? and what do i feed the babies when they are born?
Breeding mice, fancy or plain, is easy. You get a male and a female that you like, of the kind you want. Put them together in a cage. 21 days later they will have babies. You should take the male out before the pups are born, so he doesn't make the female pregnant again too soon.

The mother mouse will care for the babies. She doesn't need any help. Just feed her a good quality mouse food. And give her a water bottle, not a water dish, to make sure one of the babies won't fall in the water and drown.

The babies can be weaned at 3 weeks, but a lot of people prefer to wait 4 weeks. You need to separate the males from the females before they are 6 weeks old, to make sure they don't get pregnant at such a young age.

If you want, you can introduce your male to a number of different females, and have more litters. You can leave all the pregnant females in the cage together, as long as it's big enough for them. They will nest communally and nurse each other's babies.

Give each mother mouse a good rest after raising pups. Wait 2 months after weaning before you mate her again. This is best for her health and the health of her pups.

You can usually sell young mice to a pet store. How do I breed fancy mice? and what do i feed the babies when they are born?
Well I'm not going to help you add to the over population of pets. Why don't you just google it to get a rough idea and a visit to a reputable breeder is a must!

Whats your reasoning for breeding anyways?
If you're asking these questions, then you are obviously not ready to breed an animal.

This is research you should be doing on your own, by possibly asking your vet. Not by trusting whatever people tell you online.
